IIC Therapist Career Opportunity

 

Introduction:

Our organization provides mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.

The Licensed IIC (Intensive In-Community) Clinician will serve as the primary therapist for our at-home clients. Responsibilities include communicating with referral sources, family education, individual & family therapy, developing treatment plans to improve mental health, and utilizing interventions to support the goals of the individual and family. Fee for Service opportunities are available throughout New Jersey Southern, Central and Northern Regions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related human services field.

  • LSW or LAC licensure in the state of NJ required; LPC or LCSW preferred.

  • One year of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults.

  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.

  • Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.

  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
