The Founder and CEO of Royalty Family Services LLC. Shereia's experience has been working in collaboration with leaders in the child welfare system for over 20 years in Pennsylvania and New Jersey combined. Shereia has a broad ranging expertise in operations management, financial administration and certified in Trauma informed Care from Lakeside Institute.

Luonumba Harper

Information Technology Director

Brings over 15 years experience in information technology. Luonumba's drive, passion and analytical mind make him ideally suited for the information technology profession. His distinguished career includes service in leading roles as a network maintenance engineer with Comcast.

Kimberly Massey, MSW, LCSW

Clinical Director

Kimberly graduated from Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She went on to pursue her dream of helping others by obtaining a Masters degree in Social Work at New York University. Kimberly recognized that in order to meet the needs of the community, one would need to understand the needs of the individual. She completed the clinical program at NYU and began working as a children’s and family therapist. She has worked in inpatient hospitals, partial hospitals, foster care programs, schools, and outpatient settings to provide children and their families with individual, group and family therapy. Her knowledge of emotional and behavioral interventions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, family dynamics and systemic issues has motivated her to work towards developing programs to meet the needs of at-risk communities. Her focus is to utilize her training in trauma-focused CBT to develop programs to support communities affected by trauma.
